There are many services which accept direct self-referral. This means you can sign yourself up directly, without needing to speak to your GP first. Specific services in our local area are available in this way, which make it easier for you to access the support you need.

If you live in England and are aged 18 or over, you can access NHS talking therapies services for anxiety and depression. NHS talking therapies services offer talking therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, other therapies, and guided self-help.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
For an initial assessment, our Physio team can assess your muscular or joint problem and advise on how best to manage it, and if need be, refer you on for further tests.

Help with stopping smoking
Stop Smoking London can help you on your journey to quit. They have a list of all the services available in your local area that can support you with advice, medication and support. The NHS website also has some straight-forward explanations about the health benefits of stopping smoking.
Drug and Alcohol services
Our local Hammersmith and Fulham service is the Drug and Alcohol Wellbeing Service (DAWS) where you can get real and practical help to manage problematic use of drugs and alcohol. Sexual Health services
Sexual health services are free to use. Sexual Health London provides free and easy to use at-home tests.
