We have several ways you can get help from us. You can use our booking system to get help with an administrative query, send us a message, or book an appointment. Whichever method you choose, we’ll ask you a few questions to help us work out the best person for you to see, whether you should see them digitally or in-person, and how urgently. Once you’ve answered these, you will either be given a choice of appointments to book, or you will be given instructions on the next step.
Non-urgent advice: New Smart Triage process
We are now using a new Smart Triage product to help book appointments.
This is an NHS-approved system that helps to ensure you get an appointment within an appropriate timeframe when you need one. It also enables you to get help for many issues quickly and easily without even waiting for an appointment.
If you have a FACE TO FACE INVITE for the previous eMed app, you can still use this to book. Please just dismiss the pop-up message about the new system, and you will be able to use your invite as normal.
