NHS App update
You should now use the NHS App for viewing your medical records, viewing test results and documents, and requesting repeat prescriptions. Appointments can be booked using our website. We are no longer using the eMed app.
The switch over to our new system has largely gone very smoothly. Thank you to everyone who has helped to test this and provide feedback. We have successfully managed to reduce our routine appointment waiting time down to just a few days, whilst ensuring excellent on-the-day appointment availability for all urgent needs, even during one of the busiest periods of the year. We hope you have noticed the improvement in waiting times and thank you for your patience whilst we have switched systems.
