How do I register with GP at Hand?
Registration is open to anyone who lives or works within 40 minutes travel time of one of our clinics. You will just need to give us some details and consent to moving your GP practice to us.
You don’t need photo ID to register with us, but to use our digital-first service we will need to check your ID. We’ll then start the process of moving your care to us. Usually this only takes a few days, and then you can start booking appointments.
How do I book an appointment?
Once you are registered with us, you should download the NHS App. This will allow you to view your medical record, see your test results, and book appointments. You can also access the NHS App services online if you prefer or book an appointment via our website.
If you don’t have an NHS login, we will ask you to confirm your details. We will then take you through a short series of questions designed to help find the best clinician for you to see, and how urgent your appointment is. You’ll then be given the option of appropriate appointment times to book.
How does my digital appointment happen?
When you book your appointment, you’ll be given the option of a telephone or video appointment.
